Please sign in and provide your:

To expedite your check-in, please click on the link below for a Registration form, complete all information and bring it with you when you come to see us. Once you are checked in, the triage nurse will take your vitals and chief complaint. Soon after, you will be examined by a licensed medical provider who will take the time to talk to you about your concerns. When your exam and treatment have been completed, you will receive your aftercare instructions.

The facility and staff is equipped to treat the following non-life threatening conditions:
   • Minor cuts & burns • Earaches • Fevers
   • Cold • Flu • Vomiting • Diarrhea
   • Allergies • Sinus infections
   • Insect bites & Rashes • Sore throats • Bronchitis
   • Mild to moderate Respiratory, Intestinal,
      Urinary tract and skin infections
   • Moderate Asthma attacks
   • Back pain • Breaks & Sprains

Now Care Services

In addition, the facility also provides physical exams and/or immunizations for sports, work, and travel. The clinic provides services for industrial and occupational injuries, as well as workplace drug screening. The clinic has an x-ray machine on-site to diagnose and begin care of broken bones and other muscle and joint pains and injuries. The facility and staff also have the capability to perform care for wounds, including suturing as necessary. There is a laboratory on site to perform CLIA waived lab test. Any medium to high complexity tests are sent to a third party lab.

School Physicals

Now Care offers school physicals to students trying out for school sports or needing one for any extra curricular activity. Physicals are available all working hours, 7 days a week. No appointment is necessary.

Now Care also offers DOT physicals at $90.00 and other minor physicals at $90.00
(i.e. pre-employment and Jail physicals.)

Industrial & Occupational Injuries

Now Care offers treatment of industrial and occupational injuries and illnesses at cost-effective medical care. We offer prescriptions for industrial visits with no up-front costs.
