Now Care serves communities primarily, but not exclusively in the Northwest area of Phoenix. The facility meets a need for services in
an area that is rapidly growing, however, with short wait times at our newly-
opened facility, it's a smart choice for any valley resident.
Now Care is committed to providing the highest quality of acute episodic care for minor illness and injuries that is an easily accessible solution for patients seeking
non-life threatening immediate care in a convenient, timely and cost-effective manner. We accomplish this mission by:

• Operating a facility open day and evening hours, 365 days a year
   for patients of all ages.

• Providing expedient patient-focused ambulatory, non-scheduled
   medical care, while alleviating non emergency care presenting at
   emergency rooms.

• Referring patients that require care for complex illness or injury to
   the surrounding Emergency Departments.

• Supporting continuity of care by coordinating and communicating
   with the patient’s primary clinics and physicians through referrals
   and follow-up care.
